That WPG trade is a NO.

Philly wouldn't trade with the penguins if the penguins offered to pay Gritty's bail.

And TOR isn't going to make that trade.
Kap is worth more than DeSmith. KB has should issues. and the 3rd doesn't make up the difference.

Kahun and Johnson for a 3rd is a hard no by the Pens. (There is still no need to get rid of Johnson)

Galchenyuk for Gostisbehere is a no from the Flyers. Not because it's the Pens, but because of value. Starting next year, Gostisbehere's cap his is $1.25M more than his salary. Lower salary teams see value in that.

Simon for 3rd. Why would the Pens do this?

DeSmith, Björkqvist, 3rd for Kapanen. Rutherford would be all over this, Toronto would just quietly shaking their head.
