I like the first and second trades, the contracts seem good. I just don’t understand the Kane trade... I don’t think NDJ makes the trade but I think someone else might be willing to make a trade like that, might be a 2nd not a first though. I’m thinking Korpisalo to DET for a 2nd and 3rd.

I don't get that Korpisalo trade. I mean, they give up first and then fourth only if Korpisalo signs with them. What other options is there? They move a first and get nothing for it?

Yeah, that one was just to see what it would look like. I would assume if we were hypothetically to try and acquire Kane we would have to include Foudy and probably take a bad contract back.

Just a team looking for a starting goaltender. Now, they may sit with Blackwood. But I am sure Jarmo would price Korpisalo at a 1st or a high prospect plus a mid round pick. NJ was just a team I picked nothing more.
