LeBrun threw this out as what seems to be pure speculation. Petry and Brodin would be the only defenseman I’d be willing to move this level of assets for.

They're not interchangeable parts. Bean is a to prospect, while Fleury is hardly an NHLer at all.

Then don’t do it. But if i’m them i don’t trade Bean for Petry when all i need is a stopgap for this year.
