However: Strome is a mistake, and Skjei needs to go to free more cap space for bottom 6 improvement. Not sure what they'll do...

Why buyout Staal? He's been solid and can't afford to do ANOTHER buyout player. He'll play his last year, that's it.

Skjei may still be in the works. Have to make room for Tony D.
