I don’t know man. Stralman has not been himself I had high hopes for him helping the d but he’s playing just average. And yandle is so bad at d and hurts the team more. This team at least would play d not sure how much of a transition they would have but they could at least clear the bodies and be physical.

as a pens fan, I saw gudbranson play for a small sample size. adding him on your team is NOT going to help. I get Stralmon has underperformed, but he would still outperform Gudbranson. the only reason Kulikov isn't a healthy scratch is because Winnipeg's LHD is so weak. the current panthers have a much better D core.

I agree. It’s just so frustrating with the panthers. Top 3 offensive (we’ll not lately) a vexing worthy goalie who’s playing like he’s a philly brzgalov and half the defense thinking it’s cool to turn the puck over in the d zone and refuse to use the body or move people out of bobs way. But you’re right that d wouldn’t be great at all.

after the 2017-18 season I really thought they were starting to put something special together. they missed the playoffs but Barkov, huberdeau, trochek, and dadanov were all starting to break out. plus they added Hoffman in the offseason.

they really goofed up the expansion draft though. giving up Marchessault so Vegas would TAKE rielly smith who struggled that season. but had 50 points and 25 goals the year before. and PROTECTING 4 D. Pysch and petrovik were such a waste of a protection slot
