Why not just Boeser and all those cap dumps for something of value? Drake Batherson, a 2020 1st, and Tierney?

This doesn't seem good for Ottawa, need some decent established players to lead the youngsters and you're trading a bunch of them for guys that aren't very good anymore plus Boeser, you're better off keeping the 1st and Tierney, Brown, etc.
