There's not going to be a CBO if the cap remains flat, Only if it goes down. Doesn't take Einstein to figure that out.

And FYI no way Cirelli leaves cheap tax state Florida for high taxed New York City. That not even remotely happening.

Idk that giving Kovy a contract is necessary. 4 million to add a guy that will be most productive on the PP where you don't need him seems foolish.

Strome seems like found money, he obviously works in the line up and he's going to be a lot cheaper than cirelli.
