Here's how I see training camp shaping up:

I think that a good idea would be putting Turcotte together with Vilardi and Carter because Carter can mentor both and still has a good turn of speed, and all three can take draws.

All the other combinations are familiar with each other, and I don't see any other forwards ready to make the big team out of camp.

I think they'll give Durzi and Hults a real look but start them out in Ontario. The first six defensemen should be those shown and the seventh will be either someone the Kings sign as a free agent or one of Bjornfot or Clague.

The Kings will also give whichever high-end forward they draft in the first round a long look, too. I really can't wait until the draft order this June is determined. If we get shut out of all of Byfield, Stuetzle, Raymond and Holtz, I'll be very disappointed.
