Salary Cap Mode: Basic

- Swap identical contracts with Schneider and Eriksson. Both teams and players could use a fresh start.

-Get Allen from St.Louis at a cheap price because of their cap issues and run a tandem with Blackwood. This will take some pressure of Blackwood, and allows managment some more to figure out if he's their future in net. Allen is also looking for a prove it year as he could be looking for starter money UFA July 2021.

- IMO don't see McLeod making an impact in New Jersey with the crowded forward depth. They have the cap space, and moving him for a top 4 guy in Leddy seems fair as NYI has major cap issues for next year. Could see the deal as 1 for 1, but maybe some slight changes each side to make it fair.

- Add a new top 6 scoring threat with Labanc. NJD has some crowded centre space, SJS gets a young middle 6 centre with Zacha and upgrades their a 2nd rounder into the 1st round.

I think this team looks pretty solid on paper and is a playoff contender. Two decent goalies, Hischier/Hughes/Bratt take a step forward with some a deeper top 9, and a solidified defense corps (imagine if Subban has a bounce back year). I see Smith coming in 2021-2022.

6th overall I see them taking a winger, I like Raymond and Holtz a lot- think they're both ready for next year but worst case they spend time in Sweden or Binghamton.
10th overall it could be Askarov, or even a guy like Quinn, Zarry, Holloway- don't see them stepping in next year.
