Ethan Bear is going to get way more. Without him, this season would have been much, much worse as both Klefbom and Larsson missed lots of time. And Kris Russell just doesn't cut it on the first pair. That being said, I think Janmark gets a little less wherever he goes. I don't know how well his game fits their style. Other than that, this is very realistic.

Six goals in each of the last 2 seasons does NOT entitle Janmark to a $3M, 3 year contract. Also, he has no NHL experience playing center. That's a really, really bad move.

I'd give Bear 3 x $3M and sign someone else to play 3C. Bear is the best RHD the Oilers have, you've mistakenly slotted him 3rd.

Also, you missed an opportunity to upgrade the backup goalie.

I usually sign Carl Soderberg or trade for Chris Tierney for 3C

Zero chance Athanasiou plays 2C, that's Draisaitl's spot. If Draisaitl or McDavid are injured, then Nugent-Hopkins will play 2C.

Yamamoto is better than Chiasson and Tippett had him stapled to Draisaitl this year on Draisaitl's request. He isn't going to mess with that chemistry.
