I can tell u for sure buffalo wouldn’t want Murray. We already have Ullmark who’s solid plus UPL on the way in a couple years. Giving up two solid prospects is not ideal. I could be wrong in this but I just see buffalo not making that trade

Why would Buffalo have any interest in Murray? They've Ullmark they don't need Murray. Murray would be better with Detroit possibly San Jose perhaps Minnesota.

What would Detroit offer for Murray?

Doubt Rasmussen would be involved, Not really sure on the b level prospect yet.

In that case I think we should keep him and have Murray and Jarry as a tandem

You're good for this year, Next year with the expansion draft will be a different story. The only way Ramussen moves is if we get one of Byfield/Stutzle for our 2C and move Veleno to 3C then perhaps he could be on the move.

I think people have to read between the lines on what GMJR said.
He's looking to move people. And frankly, I hate that they are dragging out the whole season thing and then having these conversations because these aren't things you want running through the lockeroon if they are going to return to a playoffs. Which was just really dumb by JR for even engaging that converstation.

It's also really annoying that they are talking about going ahead with a june draft. The draft is one of the biggest days for trades. If you are going to draft, you have to be able to trade. It kind of screws things up if you can't.
Lot of amature mistakes going on. It's like they don't really have it together. They see the NFL draft and think, we can do that......but their 2 braincells can't figure out why that doesn't work if you don't cancle the season first.
If they don't return to the ice until june. You are talking about August for the cup. Regular season returns in October....... None of that makes sense and their window is basically closing. They have to either move or be done with it.

In all honesty I think that is what is going happen. It makes sense you make sure one of them is ready for the full load. Plus there are always injuries or some one playing poorly and trading a goalie to a team in need midseason should bring in a decent haul.

I think they were going to try to trade one of them for a 1st rounder which is why JR was so eager to give up that 1st rounder for Zucker but since they're probably having the draft in a month for some reason and you obviously can't trade right now I think they'll probably just bring them both back on one year deals and give up one of them to Seattle
