Why it is different? Explain me that? Why would you would be making more sense?

    The differences are pretty clear.

If i want to sell my car 10 times the Price that my right. Maybe it will take 2 years to sell it but at the end i will received the offer i want. Exactly what Sakic have done with Duchenes. The situation isn’t any different here

Of course you can try to sell your car for far more than it's worth, but why would other people pay that when they could pay a fair price for something else? And then there is also the fact that they'd be paying for a purchase and then it turns out it was only a lease.

Your idea of taking your time to get the price you want is out of place. Danault is in his prime. The longer you wait, the less good years he has left, thus the lower the offers will be. His new contract will also be paying him handsomely. Sticking to the car theme, the cost to put gas in this car is about to go up.

Sakic waited over a years to trade Duchenes. Why Montreal could wait for Danault. Duchenes was 26 and Danault is 27. And Danault will get 6 millions that not that much considering what he bring to the game.

Duchene was 26 when the wait was over. Danault is 27 now; not a great time to start the waiting game. So let's say you wait 2-3 years. Danault is now very close to the end of his prime, soon to start regressing, making $6m (and if $6m is not very much considering what he brings to the game, why would he sign for that?) for the next say 5-6 years. Who is offering you what you are asking for that?

Why would it take 2-3 years to get back our return? It took just over a year for Duchenes, 3 years is a bit exaggerate considering your standard. You say you based your comment on common knowledge and facts but now you decide the own term to your advantage.

You're the one who used the term of two years. I was basing that off of your own comment. Also my previous comment that you are referencing and this one have nothing to do with each other, so that made no sense.
