I definitely think so. Maybe add Oskari Laaksonen to the San Jose deal. Then they should definitely say yes

No thanks, sharks arent looking to trade Hertl period so you would have to offer a deal that you wont like to get him

I like this team, and those trade all look good.
Im genuinely curious: do the Yotes take that? They seem to like Raanta, perhaps that could be a package including Risto? Idk lol just wondering

You dont like Marco Rossi or Alexander Holtz on your team? Mittelstadt can also be a middle 6 centre eventually

I do like them, but then the sharks have to tank as we are losing our best forward and will have to pray one of them can replace him in 2-3 years, when Vlasic and Burns will likely suck and still be under contract, meaning we wont be good for a while after either. Basically trading any of our important forwards(especially Hertl who we will build around) ruins the team so you would need to really make it worth our while.

Hertl isn't worth Mitts plus this year's 1st. Especially after coming off a serious knee injury after missing half of two other seasons with surgery on his other knee. If you're giving up that much I wouldn't want someone that has that type of injury history.

Sharks aren't trading Hertl, They're pretty high on him. Take more then Mittelstadt+7th pick to get Thomas Hertl out of San Jse. And fat chance of Palat leaving Tampa for Buffalo San Jose declines and Palat wont waive.

    Good post,
Just adding Hertl would make this a cup team.
I am sure you must have read https://thehockeywriters.com/sabres-trade-targets-2020-first-round-pick/ I really like their idea of Ristolainen and our first for Domi and MTL 2nd.
But you did a good job.

I think Buffalo takes that deal but agree unlikely sharks would take that offer. Also I would be very surprised if pallatt waive to come to Buffalo
