Dermott for a 4th? He's worth a high second to us an is only 23. Autokeep.
Holl also has an awesome contract and is the perfect partner for Muzzin, and he doesn't need to be moved either.

Overpayment for mayfield. Holl for Mayfield would be a simple 1 for 1. Petan and bracco would not get u a 5th better to let them go when there contracts are up as those 2 have little to no value.
Dermott is worth a 2nd at the highest (leafs could probs get 2 3rds for him)
Johnssons value is okay. Would probs make it conditional that it could become a 2nd should he score 15 goals.

If I were part of the Leafs management, I would move away from Holl as quickly as possible. He showed signs of decrease in production, although, he played well before he signed his $2 million dollar extension. With the Leafs defense consisting of Holl, Lehtonen, and Dermott on the right side, I do not expect the Leafs to make past four games in the first round. There are better replacements.

Yep, again another post where another teams bottom end RHD is such better than the Leafs RHD. IMO Holl was the Leafs best RHD

Yes but when he was playing well pre-signing he was playing like a 4-5m player. Although he did drop off he has a fantastic two-way game and for 2m is fine. I'd pay post-extension Holl 2m a year tbh.

He did not play like a $4 - 5 million player. Not even close to being one

Thanks goodness he wasn't paid like $ 4- 5 million player. Then he would've played like 4.5m Ceci and 5.5m Barrie who were the Leafs two worse Dmen.

How did Demelo look in his final year in Sj when he was 1 yr older then Dermott is now? The season before he was a throw in on the Karlsson deal.

Dermott's ceiling is higher then Demelo.

Signing Demelo to double what Dermott would make and tossing Dermott away for nothing makes the Leafs worse.

Trading Dermott for a 4th would be a TERRIBLE mistake.

A deal for Dermott for 2-3M for 3 years would age very well.

Leafs fans always want to trade players when they are at their lowest value.
