Description

In reality Panarin would never be traded. But if he would, are those fair trades?
In my opinion Panarin is a Top 10 player in the league. It´s not often that such a player is available for trade. While the fact that he is not a rental increases his value, he also has a very high cap hit which decreases his value

Its just about the value, don´t pay a lot of attention on team fits or needs.

That's flawed logic. You are basically saying teams would be hesitant to surrender appropriate value because he has a normal cap hit? Teams would simply pay so much more if it was low because it helps ofc. McDavid's value wouldn't diminish no matter how expensive he is because of the talent they bring. That's why a rebuilder shelled over $81.5M.

Vegas doesn't have the cap space for Panarin, Try thinking things out before trading a player to a team that pretty much has zero cap space.

I forgot about the Nevada law that bars Vegas from making other trades to clear cap space.

why would you trade him in the first place when he is the best forward in the team... he is the center of our offense
