I get your logic but Byfield rounds out Ottawa's needs more. I think Raymond is the 4th best player this draft.
Also I cant see any world where Anaheim takes Perfetti over Drysdale at 5

I could see going Byfield 2nd and then going Raymond 3rd, but there's no way Ottawa passes on Byfield.

If anything, if I'm Ottawa, and I want Raymond, I'm taking Byfield 2nd, then calling Anaheim to see if there's a deal to move from 3rd to 5th. I'm pretty confident that both Anaheim and LA want Drysdale, so you move back to 5th so Anaheim can snag Drysdale before LA can, and LA gets Stutzle 4th. Then Ottawa gets their guy 5th, plus whatever you get from Anaheim.

Hawks aern't taking Askarov. All the insiders say we are going to take the best forward available. The hawks can easily trade for a goalie or sign a UFA, we can't wait 3-4 years for Askarov when by then Kane and Toews contracts are up. Our forward prospect pool is just as bad if not worse than in goal. Dach is all we have. Lundell makes perfect sense. Him and Dach are the future for us down the middle, and Lundell can most likely play day 1
