Description

Carolina has a stacked blue line and we need help on defense desperately, and with Hamilton and Svech needing new deals, I view Skeji as expandable as they would have Hamilton, Slavvin, Pesce, Hayden Fluery and Jake Bean waiting to be called up. IDK what they're going to do with Edmundson or Gardiner but they're blue line is stacked regardless and if they want to pursue Lehner I see this trade as possible.

I honestly also do not like Damon Severson and would like to move him for a forward to help our top 6

no thanks on the Skjei trade. rebuilding team that doesn't have a 2nd round pick this year or next, on top of no 3rd this year? not a recipe for success. I like the Severson trade, would definitely do that. Kapanen is a 2nd line RW not a 1st line LW. Would love it if we could sign Dadonov.

Canes like the Skjei trade. I'd even be content with just the pick. It makes it so much easier to sort out the very growing log-jam of a Canes blueline.

I love both the Dadonov signing and the Skjei trade, and I think that's pretty good compensation for him, too!

I would just flip Dadonov and Kapanen. Dadonov can play LW and would thrive with Nico and Palms, and Kap is best as a 2nd Line RW.
