Yeah. I think they chose him in the 6th or 7th round. He chose not to sign and went in the draft again the next year and was picked by Anaheim in the 3rd round.

Yeah my St. Cloud State boys! Let's go Hedy and Cully! Proud moment for us back in St. Cloud since we hadn't even won an NCAA tourney game yet but we had 2 of our best all-time players hoisting a cup. Safe to say many of us still are happy the Canes gave us that moment!
