Now lets be fair the value is there but the players aren't what you need. To be honest I wouldn't make this trade from Montreal's side. It is an over payment for a player with durability questions. I understand that these players are not filling any of Columbus's needs but the value is more than fair

Umm durability issues? Anderson has only missed more then 10 games injured once in his career and that was this year.

Value is determined on what people would be willing to pay for someone. Columbus doesn’t want to pay for what you’re offering and we don’t want to move what you want. So the value for Columbus isn’t even close. League wide it might be close, but for Columbus it’s really not, there’s no interest in what you’re giving us.

I clearly stated that I understand that these two players are not what you are looking for, the point I was trying to make was you had said that it the trade wasn't even close.... I am saying the value is there...thats all

As he is our asset, he is worth what we say he is worth. You may prefer to pay less, but that doesn't mean you'll get him.
