Description
The Leaf's need to make some roster moves to help on defense and clear up some cap space .

Trade of Dermott , Kapanen ,Kerfoot and Johnsson could be to ANY TEAM FOR EQUIVALENT PICKS . So no need to get your PANTIES IN A KNOT if they are traded to your favorite team

Tampa Trade
Tampa has a serious cap problem so they will have to shed some players. Many are older and on long term contracts so they maybe difficult to move plus they have some key players like Shergachev to resign .We trade futures for some current roster players.

Pittsburg trade
Anderson will be UFA after next season and would be 32 at the start of his next contract so he may be to expensive and old for the Leaf's . A solution would be to trade for a future Goalie and keep Andersson for another year. Pittsburg will likely keep Murry over Jarry as they cannot protect both for the upcoming expansion draft plus give them some futures and a competent back up goalie.
Leaf's would clear some needed cap space if Andersson is not resigned I expect he would want 6-7 M on a long term deal .Leaf's would need to acquire a cheap Goalie for the expansion draft

Contracts of Cirella ,Jarry , and Cernak take into account current financial situation and flat cap for the next year or two

I really like this lineup. Maybe add a bit to the TBL Trade, but that’s it.

This just wastes assets without really making anything better. You want to improve the defence and send out two higher value young guys for one other higher value you guy who's "big with grit and is right handed". These types of acgm's are so overdone. Keep Dermott he's going and going to be a good top 4 player, likey the same with Liljegren and both will be cheap. All you need to do is move Johnsson unless you can convince Dermott and Mikheyev to take cheap 1 year "pandemic" deals and then see what happens after.

Im not saying no to Kapanen to the sharks, im saying your ask is too high
