There very much is doubt. IMO his ceiling is a good 3rd pairing defenseman, and he certainly doesn’t have more potential than Norlinder & Romanov.

Actually yes he have. Is all around game is so much better then Norlinder and he is a very smooth skater. He have a very good instinct and never seem out of position. Norlinder sur have offensive upside that both Romanov and Harris doesn’t possess but he was playing in 2 division in a not so good league. Harris will play top 4 in Nhl before Norlinder
