no. EDM play Chicago. If chicago wins, then EDM is in the lottery and Chicago moves onto the next round, where their pick would be at lowest 16th. If EDM wins, then Chicago is in the lottery and EDM moves onto next round, where their pick would be lowest 16th. Only the play in teams that lose are a part of the lottery

Yes. And if Edmonton loses, they are in the lottery for the 1st overall pick.

If your concern is about where Chicago is picking in the mock draft, Capfriendly just doesn't take that into consideration.
