Kings get a 1st line LW, speed up their rebuild. Flames rid themselves of $13M a year off their cap, including 3 years of $6M per for Lucic. Plus, they add two 2nd Rd picks.

This is the worst gaudreau trade I have ever seen, flames can get and a 1st 2nd a+ prospect and a good top six player for gaudreau and to get rid of lucic it would probably cost a 1st, but the flames don’t want to get rid of lucic

I agree on your assessment for what it would take to get Gaudreau, and what it would take to get rid of Lucic. Since you feel the Flames want to keep Lucic, how about:
- CGY gets 2020 2nd Rd, 2021 1st Rd (Top 3 Protected), LW Kempe, RW Kupari
- LAK get Gaudreau
