He can probably play C but not worth 8. He is a 60 point player that struggles defensively

This thread right here says a lot about your player evaluation! There are waaaay more guys in the league worth 8th OVA than Nylander and Cirelli! Most may not be available for JUST 8th but it would definitely be part of a package for anyone from McDavid to Sergachev to Makar to Crosby to either Hughs to Domi to Boesser to Dunn or Nurse

They start tomorrow morning should be word pretty soon. All that being said he isn't worth 8 o/a even if he is healthy. Would be wanting a 60 point player for that price and he hasn't proven to be that.

He's a 40 point player today as a 3C, I absolutely think he's worth 8

Leafs would not trade nylander for 8th pick

He's a 34 per 82 at this point. The Sabres drafted Casey Middlestadt and played him with much lesser offensive talent and he is a 28 per 82 player at this point and none of our fans are delusional enough to think he is still worth a top ten or even mid first round pick and he has no long term health concerns. He is worth a later first to early second 25 - 40 range. Patrick is worth the same due to his health issues and there would need to be a condition on that pick if he doesn't play in the restart which I doubt he will. So it will be two years in between games for him. If he did not have the migraine issues he would be worth somewhere around 20
