Rielly Holl
Muzzin Barrie worked better during the regular season.

And no. Robertson should not be in there. Move Engvall to Robertsons spott and either the Goat or Malgin to Engvalls spott.

Robertson played well, but he did so in the 10th best league in the world, while the NHL is the best league in the world and when Toronto is playing Columbus this will be the 13th and 14th best teams in that league. Also, he is young, so probably the break will impact him more than it did veterans.

That's exactly how I picture them as well. (I can see the 3 rhd swapping to any of the spots to find a fit) But odds are Ceci will be in the line up over Sandin. I had my forward line up exactly the same. Hyman and Willie may swap wings, but that's a very small point.

they ran Rielly-Ceci today, but im also praying that next practice they switch pairs up and run Rielly-Barrie. Keefe really likes Sandin and he will give Ceci a run for his money to get in, but I dont see how Ceci doesnt start game one unfortunately.
robertson will be interesting but i think engvall will have 3LW and if robertson does get in, maybe robertson-spezza-clifford. they prob trust gaut as a PK'er more just bc he hasnt been in this role before but hey, ya never know.

I think you've pretty much nailed this.

It is almost exactly what I am expecting as well.

I do think that Ceci plays in instead of Sandin though. Gut felling and Coach's tendencies considered.

Nice job.

There is a better chance that my grandmother wins the next NBA slam dunk contest than there is that Sandin plays over a healthy Ceci this playoffs.

I agree with all of this too. Except I think Matthews-Marner will be together and Sandin will play.

Ya, you heard me. It makes way more sense to play Sandin. He's way better, at a young age.

Ceci will play. Who he displaces remains to be seen. Regardless of what you think of Sandin and his abilities, NHL coaches make these decisions.

Think what you want about Ceci, (I'm not a fan personally), but his service time, size, and the fact that he is right handed will factor in here.

The starting lineup for the D Core will be some combination of Rielly, Barrie, Muzzin, Holl, Ceci, and Dermott.

I do believe that you can take that to the bank.

I think Keefe is pretty high on Sandin. But Ceci might start.
