It isn’t a 2nd round pick it’s moving down ~50 spots in the 2021 draft

Anyway with you we can never talk about doing a trade, it’s always ridiculous, CGY wouldn’t do that lol

Hm? Ive talked with yotes fans and we both agreed a swap of Fischer amd Jankowski makes q lot of sense for both teams.

There you go, instead you said since when Vinnie is worth a 2nd rd pick when it was a trade were you’ll trade down in the draft, my trade wasn’t for a 2nd rd pick alone + Vinnie is better offensively then Fischer and he’s a RW what you need. He’s not a legit top6 winger but he could be a nice addition

Not interested unless..its 2022 unprotected 1st rd but maybe conditional pick & in exchange we'll eat up to 50% of helm cap...

Almost exactly this. There are some prospects you could package up too.

Oh agreed, id rather take the pick. If there was discussion about say, Soderstrom or Hayton i'd be interested too though.

Because the lottery draft has worked out so well for Detroit.

It's been 30 years since Detroit has had a top 5 pick.

Yep great run..but think nhl screwing us in lotto spot drops is over soon..either by luck or system change by league tired of backlash of 2020 results
