Tierney won't still be there, and Norris will be ahead of White. I also wouldn't touch Lapierre with his injury history.

doesn't make sense to have a great prospect like Norris as a 4c

put him as the 3c, don't sign Tierney, and get a cheaper/veteran 4c

Lapierre have a huge ceilling. It would be a longshot low risk /high reward because they have a lot of prospects and picks

I'm not convinced he has super high upside. I think there will be players available with comparable or higher upside, who don't carry the same red flags about injuries.
