PART 1

This upcoming offseason, the important signings are Alex Pietrangelo and Vince Dunn.

Pietrangelo signs a 6 year $52.5M - would be equivalent to receiving 7 x 7.5 elsewhere.
Dunn signs a 1 year $2.75M with Arbitration rights.
De La Rose signs a 1 year $800K.

Allen is traded to MIN (or DET, CHI, BUF) for a 2021 3rd or a 2020 4th.
Gunnarsson is traded to MTL (most movable with his term/contract for a solid LD) for a 4th/5th round pick.
Bozak is traded to WPG (or FLA, CAR) for a 5th/6th pick and late-round prospect.

PART 2

The following offseason, the Blues will need to sign Schwartz, Binnington, Thomas, and extend Dunn (see PART 1) as the most important deals. Faulk will be taken by Seattle for a top D pairing role. The Cap should move up either to $82.5 or $84 M I went with $82.5M to be safe.

Schwartz signs a 8 year $52M contract (identical deal with Schenn)
Binnington signs a 5 year $30M contract
Thomas signs a 4 year $15M contract.
Dunn signs a 4 year $20M contract.
Sanford signs a 4 year $14M contract.
Barbashev signs a 2 year $4M contract.
Kyrou signs a 2 year $2M contract.

Steen resigns for $700K or retires, Blues bring up Klim Kostin, DLR signs for a $900K deal.
