Tampa can't afford Dumba's $6 million over the next 4 years with a flat cap. And no way Anthony Cirelli signs for 2 years $6 million he'd stay in Tampa for that contract. Not even close Tampa declines Dumba and Cirelli isn't signing that cheaply.

not a fan of greenway.
I don't think he fits their system.
Penguins rely on speed. Greenway doesn't really have it.

I kinda like the idea of getting a guy like DeSmith, and of course I like the Cirelli add. I just don't think the parts fit into the teams you are sending them to.
