That is a generous Theodore trade my friend. 2 prospects (one who can play in the NHL) and a 1st and 2nd rounder is very generous

That first could be anywhere in that draft and it’s not shaping up to be a great draft either. VGK is also in a win now mode so magic beans aren’t great for a guy that brings offense like Theodore.

Why would the Flyers, a team that is built to compete now, give up their 2nd best Dman for B-level futures?

I agree the Flyers don't make this deal. I don't see why they would move this player even if they were getting fair value back and this trade isn't it.
That being said Samuelsson is not a b level future either.
