That trade doesn't make any sense for the Flames. We're taking on an extra million in cap roughly for an injury prone player with worse production and to top it off Ryan is our best face off guy.

Bjugstadt is younger and bigger which is nice, but it doesn't offset those other concerns.

Murray seems to be losing his value by the game not sure you would get even a 3rd if trying to package JJ with him.
Three options for him;
- Bury in the minors just to save some money on that contract
- Trade him with a high pick.
- Trade him with salary retained for a late pick

no interest in horqvist especially in that package
