He is a utility player with size and scoring ability. he lit up the swiss league past couple of years

I think Mueller is honestly a guy that can fit anywhere in this lineup. Yes, even top 6. The bruins have a system in their offense where a bottom 6 forward could be in their top 6 if they establish good chemistry with the top players. Krejci has a history of big scorers on his wing. bergeron and marchand have been looking for a right winger since smith. mueller can fit on the third line AND the fourth line because of his 2 way play. This a low risk, high reward PTO signing. If u all remember, I had a bruins rant the other day. This is a smart move by Don Sweeney. Bergeron, Marchand, Pastrnak, Backes will all miss camp because of WCOH. Why not bring another forward into camp? He has been lighting the swiss league up and maybe he regained some of his confidence back to be a full time NHLer again. Lets hope he put his concussion history in the rear and hope he can be good again!

If he does make it, I'd rather see Pasta move up with Bergy, Backes move down to Krejci's right, and Vatrano switch with Beleskey. I'd really like to see a Vatrano - Krejci - Backes line.

For his sake, I hope Mueller stays healthy and lands a job, albeit with the Bs. Personally, I had hoped Bowman would have offered PM a tryout. But good on the Bruins, especially if it works out for both parties.

Why make a rant about Mueller being a top 6 guy and then put him on line 3? Yes, we all know he's better than Hayes, but why even bother? I'd rather see you suit up than Hayes because I don't definately know you suck as bad as him. If this was a Hayes sucks thread you should have just created like " a pair of pink panties" instead of him, atleast they might obstruct the other team some, unlike Hayes the smallest big guy in the league.

I'm saying if he's a legit top 6 RW why play Backes out of position at RW? Backes is just a shade under Bergy at C when it comes to d. Spooner sux and unfortuneately the entire league knows. He had a good year with 49 points, but he needs super responsible wingers. If we could put his value towards a rhd it would be done by now.
