LOL not getting fagemo. Kings need to see what they have in him first before they let him go. He’s cost controlled for at least 3 years, most likely longer and could very well be better than kapanen.

As for Roy, again, they aren’t trading him for Dermott.

We're not trading unmatured youngsters with unknown but potentially high upsides at this time, nor are we going to be eager to trade 2020 draft picks. We have only three NHL-qualified RDs on the roster, without any potentially promotable prospects in the system. Replacing Roy would require us to locate and sign a competent UFA for two years, and the demand for that commodity makes it an expensive market.

Don't see Edmonton taking on Johnsson without significant cap going the other way.
