One of the hallmarks of making the transition from beginner to intermediate is understanding the concept of relative value, i.e., what a player is worth to one team is not always what he is worth to another. For example, Josh Manson is worth a lot more to a team with a crummy defense like Anaheim's than he is to a team with a superlative defense like Carolina's.
A) We realize he didn’t have a good season this year because of his time off with his wife and kid and his injury.
B) Not all of us are overpricing
C) A lot of leafs fans overvalue players like Johnnson, Dermott, and Holl
D) The reason the Ducks want a good return is because he’s our only mf good RHD; if we had another solid RHD we wouldn’t be asking for so much.
Not a chance. Manson is decent but geez Matthews and two first rounders for him? Has he even received any Norris votes ever? I thot this was an attempt at humour. And Kesler is done isn't he with serious injury.
