Put Monahan in the Sharks deal instead of Backlund, reduce the pick a couple rounds and you’re golden there. I don’t think an older LD and worse LW is the answer though. If that sharks deal could happen I’d like to see what Johnny could do with Hertl. Might be nice for him to play with an actual 40 goal threat, rather than a guy he has to drag to 30 every year
