Think someone is gonna give Holtby more. He won a Cup, has been elite for years. Has three 40 win save seasons plus lots of playoff experience. Solid career numbers. Only 30 years old. Think not getting extended challenges his pride quite a bit, so I’d expect he plays well wherever he ends up.

Can’t see Holtby not starting with a $5. Just my take.

I think Mangiapane will do either a $3M x 3 years, $4M x 4 years, or $5M x 5 years. Flames would do well getting some term on this guy. Has the makings and progression of a 30G, 30A player. Best guess is they sign the $3x3 and let him earn his way to a contract like Lindholm’s.
