Carolina pass. Did you not watch Aho in the playoffs? The dude is making a case to be better than Matthews in his own right. I'm not saying he is better than Matthews, but after a 123 point pace playoffs, he's not moving.

The Hurricanes would have to be absolutely brain dead to not trade Aho for Matthews

Please look up Aho's point totals before you go calling people brain dead, and then try to justify trading a player who scored at 123 point pace for someone who only had a point over PPG.

8 game sample... fine cherry picking. Matthews scored 4 goals in his first nhl game. Why didn’t he have 336 goals in his rookie season?
