No that's not accurate, His average case scenario is probably Huberdeau. Regardless this is a massive overpayment

Laff’s ceiling is higher than Huberdeau’s. I don’t even think it’s a good move but the hype might help struggling attendance. It would be a holistic business approach.

I actually agree in principle, but NYR won’t part with Lafrenière and his appeal for attendance for much less. This is only IF the panthers decided they NEEDED Rimouski Oceanic gf

The new arena will help struggling attendance a lot more. Being 45 minutes out of Miami hurts a lot. It's the equivalent of Toronto moving to London
