I don't think the trade works cause of an imbalance in pieces being traded

Winnipeg get

Niederreiter
Pesce
Bokk

Carolina gets

Laine

Montreal Gets

Vesalainen
1st (Tor)

Montreal should have the Jets 1st + a prospect going back and Carolina shouldn't have to give up more than Pesce + Bokk + 2nd or Niederreiter

Ok how about if you take out Bokk and the retention on Niederteiter. I still think you can Pesce, Niederreiter and a 1st but maybe I’m undervaluing Niederreiter.

Then just make it the Jets 1st going to MTL instead of the Leafs 1st.

Like I said for MB to consider moving Danault it will have to be Vesalainen + Jets 1st + A prospect (say Niku) just cause MB will want to be overpaid. As for the Canes Pesce is the one I think your undervaluing Pesce = W. Nylander therefore Pesce + Bokk + Niederreiter or 2nd would be enough for Laine.
