Why would we, an offensively challenged team, want 5 years of a guy making more than $5 million who recorded all of 30 points this season? Two years from now, he'd be the second-most-highly-paid forward on the team.

with tampa i could see one of, if not both of serg and cirelli taking a 2 year bridge to match up with point to try and win some more cups honestly. Tampa always gets guys to take less

Those are only a bridge deals and I know that Tampa would be very lucky If Černák and Cirelli agree on those contracts.

Way too much cap for Winnipeg to take...just because you want to get rid of cap. Again why do the players involved agree to waive their NTCs from their good situation in Tampa?
