Van riemsdyk is a huge downgrade over Domi, in terms of production, age, salary situation name it. Hagg is an upgrade on Fleury but not by a large margin. Right now he brings more than Fleury but not that much and Fleury's potential is higher and he's cheaper, he's also one of the few prospect we have at RD. Hagg is also an LD and would be behind Chiarot and Edmunson and we have Romanov Norlinder Harris depth wise in the prospectpool. So the 23th pick is clearly not close to make this deal even and the deal itself doesn't even make sense.
