Cole has been really good for the Avs but I doubt they turn down moving up to get an additional 1st this year. I really don't see how that is worth it for Ana though.

I feel like Tiffoli would be a good fit in Ana should he not stay in Van but you would likely need to pay him more than that. Gudas as well as if he is taking that pay cut there will be better teams he could make that money on and have a chance to win.
