In my opinion, take Kulak out and put another pick that is a 4th rounder or higher. Columbus really doesn't need another 7th D. Kukan, Harringtion,Peeke, and Nutivaara all alternate between Top 6 and 7th.

Fair deal though with a 2nd & mid 4th maybe?

Don't think he signs for just $3.25M, though. The absolute lowest I see Ferris going is $3.5M, and I suspect $4M is more likely.

That's fair. I think the Habs would really benefit from a big forward who has the potential to score. If i was bergevin i would be willing to go somewhere between $3.5M-3.75 if he signed for atleast 4. Just concerned about the injury history

No from the Habs, why give away so much for a winger that doesn't want to play D and is very streaky.

cause the habs have been lacking an elite goal scorer for a long long time.

For sure, but we just drafted a cheaper goalscorer (although he isn't in the NHL yet) so why overpay for someone who's been good, but not great, the last few seasons
