I actually made a Barzal offer sheet Flames ACGM too, I really think that’s the best play we can make this summer. The problem is DeMelo will make a mil more and this is only a 20 man roster. Also Ottawa doesn’t need help reaching the floor and Ryan isn’t a cap dump anyway
