LOL you're not going to come close to Gaudreau with that. You need to give up Forsberg minimum. Sure Forsberg is better defensively (It's actually close, not the difference between being number 10 in Selke voting, and not even receiving one vote), and he has better advanced stats. However, Gaudreau has better relative advanced stats despite far less offensive zone starts than Forsberg, while having more points, driving the offense, and more upside.

Not even going to try and back this up with stats... NO WAY!!!! THAT ISN'T EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT IT WOULD COST FOR JOHNNY HOCKEY!!!! KEEP DREAMING!!!

I don't think you necessarily have to give up Forsberg, but you do need to up the offer to get Gaudreau. Maybe Fiala, 1st, another decent prospect like Kamanev or Arvidsson & Ekholm. Calgary can use a LHD to pair with Dougie

However you need to give up a more proven player than Fiala. Fialia, Kamanev, Ekholm, Wilson, and a 1st rounder. We can add Kylington to make up the loss of Ekholm.

If the Preds win the Cup, it's 31st overall pick for the Flames.....along with Fiala and Wilson. Hardly value for the Flames. Leafs need Bozak a lot more than a 3rd rounder.
