If the pick is top 15 then the year after needs to be a guaranteed 2022 1st rounder. Otherwise ottawa passes

Ottawa can’t take Seabrook. If his contract was 2 years this would be fine, but it’s 4 and that’s crippling

IMO he’s probably LTIR in 2 years, but yeah.

Keith is easily still a very good 2nd liner and at $4M is worth WAY MORE then a 5th

Ryan has been a pretty consistent 15 goal guy the last couple years. For 2mil or less he’s a solid veteran presence on the 3rd line. I know Chicago is swimming in veteran presence of course but in general if you can get him for 2mil or less it’s 100% worth taking a shot on him as a depth guy

They are both scratched, so it’s hardly a problem with the post. I just figured the Blackhawks weren't going to leave Cap unused... even if they should.

I can't see Keith getting moved unless a new GM comes in. Even then, I think the guys in management as well as on the team would veto that trade. I think Rock Wirtz himself would ring the GM's neck if he traded any of Kane, Toews, Keith, etc.
