You need a guy in that money range and the last thing you need is flashy.

He's not the #1 guy on my list for sure but if you basically just move a first to fill that hole you got a top 4 RD for half of Kaspari Kapanen. You can't hate that.

Manson, Savard and Murphy would cost more trade and you can still go get one of those guys to play top pair.

2 1st round picks and a future top 4 dman plus top 9 or bottom 6 future winger (maybe)
for
a lower 1st rounder and a top 6 maybe top 4 dman?
