Description
Reports are that Guerin is “lowering the price” on Dumba to a 1st and a young NHL player, which always seemed more realistic. This description just screams Winnipeg since it’s a price they can pay that makes sense for the Wild and if/when they do move Laine, they will recoup that pick. 10 OA is a great asset and Roslovic is no slouch. The real question is how they use these assets. Roslovic adds to the log jam at forward and I can only see them flipping one of 9/10 for more assets. Like all of the Dumba scenarios, it’s not a clear cut win but I think it makes sense to build for the future.

Its an ask, but I think its the price to move Dumba. Not saying this will happen but what it would take for it to happen.

I could see the Jets move the 2021 first possibly, but probably not 10OA, unless it was part of a larger deal. But you never know.

It was in a TSN segment with Draeger and LeBrun, coincidentally they also solidify that Laine is on the block. I think it was Friday.

I don’t think it’s so much as lower the price as it is bring it to where it to where the price always was unless somebody did something dumb.
