Habs would consider Wahlstrom and 1st for Domi.
Opening the door for a bigger trade or offering Hall more $.

How about swapping Wahlstrom for Bellows in the Domi trade?

You think he's going to hit the NHL and score immediately?

If the isles didn’t have barry trotz as their head coach he would’ve never been sent down after he was called up in October. Small sample size but through his first 5 games he carried his line and was 2nd among isles forwards in generating quality scoring chances. I don’t think he’ll score 30 next season, but 18-22 goals is very realistic.

Maybe, but this isn't a good 3 way in my opinion.
NYI already gonna be in tight re-signing Barzal, which obviously they'll find a way to.
But next year, you wanna do it all over again with Laine?

his size is what bothers me and I think at least for a couple years he's just going to get tossed around.

why not? They made the conference finals and their main need is a goal scoring forward, if they have a chance to get one then I think they should go for it. They have lots of contracts that they can move to clear cap for the next 2 seasons which they will probably have to move in order to fit Barzal anyway so it shouldnt be that difficult to extend Laine imo

I don't know;
Barzal, Pullock and Towes this year with 9Mil.
Pelech, Sorokin and Beauvillier next year...add Laine?
It'll be tough.
