You're not getting a 2nd for player rights... a 5th max for a superstar. Tanev I wouldn't give anything cause there's no reason to go 8 years on a deal with him.

why would the leafs pay a 2nd and a 6th for tanevs rights when hes a ufa, might not sign with leafs and edmundson got a 5th?

If Markstrom wanted 2x5 he'd already be resigned reportedly he wants 6x6, And Sutter would cost a 2nd to move that contract.

Yeah i doubt that, Noway is Markstrom signing with Vancouver only to be an expansion draft casualty. He'll sign as a UFA and go to a team were he'll get protected.
